Course Overview

         สิ่งที่คู่กับโครงการซอฟต์แวร์เสมอ ก็คือ การเปลี่ยนแปลงความต้องกาารของโครงการ หากโครงการใดไม่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงเลย แสดงว่าโครงการนั้นกำลังมีบางสิ่งที่ิผิดปกติเกิดขั้น  เมื่อเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงแสดงว่าโครงการนั้นผู้้ใช้งานยังสนใจอยู่
         สิ่งที่สร้างปัญหาให้แก่ทีมงานโครงการ ได้แก่ เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงความต้องการเกิดขึ้นแล้ว ทีมงานไม่สามารถควบคุมโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอีกต่อไป ทำให้โครงการเกิดความล่าช้า คุณภาพงานมีปัญหา และลูกค้าไม่พึงพอใจในที่สุด ทั้งๆ ที่ทีมงานโครงการได้ทุ่มเททรัพยากรอย่างเต็มกำลังแล้ว
         ในหลักสูตรนี้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจะได้เรียนรู้ทั้งศาสตร์และศิลป์ ในการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงความต้องการในโครงการ โดยตลอดหลักสูตร วิทยากรจะมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเข้าใจในทุกขั้นตอน และตัวอย่างเอกสารตั้งแต่เริ่มเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง ไปจนถึงการส่งมอบงานที่เิกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลง พร้อมกับทำ Workshop เพื่อจะได้เข้าใจอย่างแท้จริง
         นอกจากนี้วิทยากรยังแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ เทคนิคเพื่อลดการเปลี่ยนแปลงความต้องการในทุกกระบวนการของโครงการ ซึ่งเป็นเทคนิคที่ใช้ได้ผล และ ไม่สามารถหาได้ในตำราอีกด้วย

9. Software Configuration Management in CMMI
10. Eighteen Techniques to decrease change in software project
11. Negotiation Techniques when change occurred workshop
Payment Condition :

Payment must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the start of the class. The payment can be made:

1. Cheque should be made payable to "Software Park Thailand#2"

Notes:

  • Withholding tax (3%) is exempt.
  • Should you need to withdraw, you must send the notice of the withdrawal in writing no later than 7 working days before the commencement date. The cancellation less than 7 days will be subject to a fine of 40% of the fee.
  • Software Park Thailand reserves the rights to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
