Agile เป็นเรื่องที่ได้รับการกล่าวถึงอย่างมากในปัจจุบัน แต่ก็มีการพูดถึงกันไปในหลาย ๆ ความหมาย และ หลายมุมมอง Agile นั้น ควรจะนำมาใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อทำให้ Project, ทีมงาน และ ลูกค้า ต่างประสบความสำเร็จมากขึ้นได้ แต่ก็มีหลาย ๆ ความเข้าใจผิดทั้งคนที่ยังไม่เคยใช้ หรือกระทั่งคนที่กำลังใช้งาน agile อยู่บางครั้งก็ยังมีความเข้าใจในบางประเด็นที่คลาดเคลื่อนไปจากหลักการของ agile ที่แท้จริง ซึ่งอาจจะทำให้การนำ agile ไปใช้งานได้ผลไม่เต็มที่ หรือไม่กล้านำไปใช้

หลักสูตรนี้ต้องการนำเสนอหลักการและเทคนิคที่สำคัญของการพัฒนาแบบ Agile ที่จะทำให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพอย่างแท้จริง และเป็นพื้นฐานที่ดีในการนำไปปฏิบัติต่อไป

Notes:

• Withholding tax (3%) is exempt.
• Should you need to withdraw, you must send the notice of the withdrawal in writing no later than 7 working days before the commencement date. The cancellation less than 7 days will be subject to a fine of 40% of the fee.
• Software Park Thailand reserves the rights to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
