เรียนรู้การปรับและออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ผสมผสานหลักการ Design thinking ที่จะช่วยให้เข้าใจผู้ใช้งานและสถานการณ์มากขึ้น วิธีการแบบ Lean จะทำให้กระบวนพัฒนาคล่องตัวขึ้นอย่างมีคุณภาพ เวิร์คชอปการทำ Design thinking ในรูปแบบ Lean Process เพื่อสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในวิธีการทำงานจริง
ถ้าคุณเป็นคนหนี่งที่ต้องใช้ขบวนการทำงาน แล้วรู้สึกมันหนักหนา ยุ่งยาก ไม่เหมาะกับการทำงาน ไม่คล่องตัว ไม่เหมาะกับสภาพแวดล้อมที่เป็นอยู่ แล้วอยากปรับอะไรให้คล่องตัวและยังได้คุณภาพอยู่ได้

- เข้าใจหลักการ Design thinking และ Lean
- ทดลองการนำหลักการและขั้นตอนการทำ Design thinking มา Lean Process ในกิจกรรม
- ทดลองนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในวิธีการทำงานของตน
- Team Leader

- Quality and Process Improvement Team
- นำไปปรับใช้ในการสร้างขบวนการทำงานให้เหมาะกับผู้ใช้และสถานการณ์ได้
- นำไปใช้ในการตกลงวิธีการทำงานและทำให้ขบวนการคล่องตัวมากขึ้น
Day 1:
- Design Thinking Concept (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test)
- Lean Concept and Techniques for Process Improvement
- Practice how to use Design thinking and Lean for Process Improvement Workshop
Day 2: Mentoring
