1. CMMI Implementation Roadmap

ระยะเวลาโดยประมาณในการให้คำปรึกษาและประเมินบริษัทที่เข้ารับการประเมิน CMMI แต่ละ Level มีดังนี้

• Level 2 ใช้เวลาโดยประมาณ 12 เดือน

• Level 3 ใช้เวลาโดยประมาณ 16 เดือน

• Level 4 และ 5 ใช้เวลาโดยประมาณ 24 เดือน

สำหรับ CMMI Level 2 จะมีการดำเนินงานพื้นฐานดังนี้

หมายเหตุ : สำหรับ CMMI Level 3-5 จะมีกิจกรรมที่คล้ายกันแต่จะใช้ระยะเวลาดำเนินการนานกว่าขึ้นอยู่กับวุฒิภาวะะของแต่ละบริษัทและจำนวน Process Area (PA) ที่เพิ่มขึ้นด้วย

15000-25000 Bath/man-day

3. Appraisal Fee in average

• CMMI Level 2: SCAMPI Team Training 3 Day + Formal Appraisal 7-10 Days 370,000 Bath exclude VAT

• CMMI Level 3: SCAMPI Team Training 3 Day + Formal Appraisal 10-15 Days 475,000 Bath exclude VAT

• CMMI Level 4/5: SCAMPI Team Training 3 Day + Formal Appraisal 10-15 Days 545,000 Bath exclude VAT

4. Criteria for Candidate Projects in an Appraisal

• Minimum 4 projects

             The selected projects must be representation of process and functional areas investigated in the Organizational unit and operate within a coherent process context.

• 3 finished projects - full development life cycle
• At least 3 man-months for coding only
• Smallest projectslength 2 months calendar
• The number of people involved in all projects should be more than 25-30% of the total msnpower.

This is to make sure that they really institutionalize the CMMI concepts.
