สอนและโค้ช พร้อมพาปรับและออกแบบกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ตอบโจทย์ทีมงาน เริ่มตั้งแต่การสร้างกระบวนการหรือวิธีการทำงาน ไปจนถึงการรับฟีดแบค เพื่อนำมาใช้ปรับปรุงคุณภาพและกระบวนการให้ดีขึ้น ทักษะสำคัญที่ Team Leader ต้องมีเพื่อดูแลทีมให้มีคุณภาพเพื่อคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
- เพื่อสร้างทีมให้ทำงานได้เองอย่างมีส่วนร่วม และทำงานอย่างคล่องตัวรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นตลอดเวลา
- เพื่อให้ทีมสร้างซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีคุณภาพและกระบวนการทำงานที่ดี มีการปรับวิธีการทำงานร่วมกันที่ดีขึ้น
