การจัดการแต่ละโครงการอย่างอิสระทำให้สิ้นเปลืองงบประมาณ และผลลัพธ์โดยรวมมีประสิทธิผลต่ำลง เนื่องจากโครงการอาจมีความซ้ำซ้อน เป้าหมายโครงการมีความขัดแย้ง และไม่สอดคล้องกับทิศทางและกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร

การจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอโครงการเชิงกลยุทธ์เป็นศาสตร์ด้านการจัดการโครงการองค์กรสมัยใหม่ โดยเนื้อหาจะเกี่ยวข้องกับการทบทวนกลยุทธ์องค์กร การกำหนดเป้าหมายและคัดกรองโครงการ การจัดลำดับความสำคัญโครงการ การคัดเลือกโครงการให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด (Optimization) และการติดตามผลลัพธ์ของโครงการต่างๆ รวมถึงการจัดการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงปฏิรูป (Transformation Change Management) เนื่องจากการนำไอทีใช้งานในองค์กร

  • Should you need to withdraw, you must send the notice of the withdrawal in writing no later than 7 working days before the commencement date. The cancellation less than 7 days will be subject to a fine of 40% of the fee.
