เพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ในองค์กรจะมีโครงการเกิดขึ้นจำนวนมาก ยิ่งองค์กรมีขนาดใหญ่เท่าใด จำนวนโครงการยิ่งเพิ่มขึ้นและซับซ้อนเป็นทวีคูณ และบางโครงการมีความขัดแย้งกันอีกด้วย การจัดการแต่ละโครงการอย่างอิสระจึงทำให้สิ้นเปลืองงบประมาณ และผลลัพธ์โดยรวมมีประสิทธิผลต่ำลง เนื่องจากเป้าหมายโครงการมีความขัดแย้งกัน และไม่สอดคล้องกับทิศทางและกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร

การจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอโครงการเป็นศาสตร์ด้านการจัดการโครงการองค์กรสมัยใหม่ เพื่อบริหารจัดการโครงการต่างๆขององค์กรให้เกิดประสิทธิผลสูงสุด โดยเนื้อหาจะเกี่ยวข้องกับการทบทวนกลยุทธ์องค์กร การกำหนดเป้าหมายโครงการ การคัดเลือกโครงการ การจัดลำดับความสำคัญโครงการ และการติดตามผลลัพธ์ของโครงการต่างๆ รวมถึงการจัดการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงปฏิรูป (Transformation Change Management) ที่สืบเนื่องจากการนำไอทีเข้าใช้งานในองค์กร

  • Withholding tax (3%) is exempt.
  • Should you need to withdraw, you must send the notice of the withdrawal in writing no later than 7 working days before the commencement date. The cancellation less than 7 days will be subject to a fine of 40% of the fee.
  • Software Park Thailand reserves the rights to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
